International Visa Passport Services Corporation (IVPSC)
shall not be responsible
for loss or damage to passports nor for delays
in issuance of replacement visas due to
circumstances or causes beyond its control, nor
does it assume any responsibility whatsoever for
injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to any
person or property which shall arise due to
causes beyond its control and not occasioned by
its fault nor due to any act of negligence of
any other party, war, strike, civil turmoil,
riots, fire, acts of any government agency
thereof, failure of transportation
communication, or acts of God. The applicant
expressly acknowledges that the decision to
grant or deny the application for a visa is a
decision of the country to which the application
is made, and as such is outside the control of
International Visa Passport Services Corporation.
International Visa Passport Services Corporation,
disclaims any liability for losses, damages,
forfeitures of deposit or expenses, damages of
any kind whatsoever incurred by the applicant in
the event the visa applied for is denied or not
obtained within a stated time period. The
granting of any visa is subject to terms and
conditions stated herein. Applicant acknowledges
that the responsibility for the accuracy of the
information contained in the visa applications
is solely that of the applicant and
International Visa Passport Services Corporation,
disclaims any responsibility
therefore. Service and shipping fees will be
charged once processing is started, even if the
visa request is denied by the embassy or its
official representative or cancelled by the
client or higher authority. Embassy consular
fees may be refunded in whole or in part
depending on the policy of the applicable
country.
International Visa Passport Services Corporation makes every
effort to provide the most updated and accurate
information regarding Visas, current applications and
requirements. All effort is provided to secure the
prompt completion of every Visa. Visas are subject to
government changes without notice so we do not assume
responsibility for the accuracy of the information
provided. Visa request(s) authorize International Visa Passport Services Corporation
to act and perform as the agent in the
procurement of the Visa(s) without liability. As the
granting, or the denial of Visa(s) is entirely up to the
discretion of the issuing Embassy or Consulate we do not
guarantee approval. Charges including any additional
charges, are the responsibility of the applicant or
their representative, are due and payable immediately,
may be collected without notice, and may not be
refunded. We do not assume liability for delayed, lost, or stolen
Visas and or passports.

A client is eligible for a refund of their visa payment, less a cancellation fee of $55.00, subject to the following conditions:
- The client must notify a IVPSC representative that they want to cancel their visa application within 24 hours of initiating their visa application
- No work has been performed on their visa file by any IVPSC representative
If any of the above conditions cannot be met, then IVPSC will issue the client a credit for the balance of the payment. This credit is non-transferable and can be applied against the cost of any future visa applications with IVPSC for a period of 24 months from the date of the credit.
